Currently, we don't offer an online purchasing facility. However, we welcome orders by phone, fax or mail. Please ensure a contact phone number is supplied with your order. We endeavour to post your order within 2 days of receipt but please allow 7 days. Overseas orders are normally received within 21 days. In the event of goods no longer being available Lazy Daisy will advise you. We will back order products that are out of stock.

Payment
Lazy Daisy accepts payment by credit card (not American Express or Diners), money order or cheque. Cards are not charged until goods are dispatched.

Post
Orders are dispatched by Australia Post in a tough bag, wherever possible actual postage is charged. Please allow the following as a parcel post guide:

Australia within Victoria $4.00
Australia outside Victoria $6.50
Overseas economy air $10.00

Returns
Should a product be faulty upon arrival, please contact Lazy Daisy stating the fault and seek a return authorisation. We will arrange a new replacement product or a refund for the faulty goods.

Disclosure/Privacy
Lazy Daisy does not disclose customers details to other parties.
